CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check in from 4pm on the start date. Check out no later than 10:00am on the final day.
BOOKING POLICIES:
Payment of 50% of total booking fee to be paid at time of booking, Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit will be included as part of the booking fee and will be returned when a satisfactory inspection has been undertaken once guests have departed. Any issues identified as part of said inspection will be identified to the lead guest along with proof of damage/breakages and may necessitate retention of some or all of security deposit.
REFUND POLICY:
As we are a small business late cancellations really affect our business therefore our cancellation policy is
Full refund if check-in is at least 60 days away.
Refunds in full for cancellations within 59 – 14 days of check-in will be subject to Leygreen Farmhouse receiving an alternate booking.
Cancellation within 13 days before check-in no refund.
Booking payments are transferrable to an alternative date or to another person. This must be used within a 12 month period of the original booking.
We strongly advise you to take out your own insurance to cover cancellations through illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All information included on our website, printed property, advertising and cross promotions is correct at the time of publication, but may be subject to change without warning. Whilst we do not anticipate changes to the accommodation calendar, we may have to cancel or postpone booked stays at our discretion.
If your booked stay is cancelled, you may transfer your registration to another date or receive a full refund of all monies (excluding travel costs). Again we suggest you take out your own insurance in case of cancellation through unforeseen circumstances.
LIABILITY:
Leygreen Farmhouse shall in no event be held liable for any loss or other damages including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.
BEHAVIOUR:
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property if their behaviour is disruptive to the New Forest. If you are requested to leave due to disruptive behaviour, no part of your payment shall be refunded. In the case of our staff’s decision to ask you to leave, all matters arising from a dispute are subject to English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
