1. First Floor, overlooking main garden.  Large room with super king bed – or can be two twin beds if preferred – giving two options for guest requirements. Wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer, TV with comfortable recliner sofa.  Good size ensuite bathroom, with electric shower above the bath.
2. All bedrooms have extra blankets, torches, cooling fans and hairdryers.   All linen for beds is supplied.
3. All bathrooms are provided with shower gel, vanity kit, sewing kit, one new toilet roll, shower curtain (where needed) , anti-slip mats and towels for guests. Bags for sanitary use and waste bin. Liquid hand soap for basin.
4. Dog friendly – extra cost per dog, up to 2 dogs – downstairs only!! Must be cleaned up after!!
5. Water bowl provided. £30 per dog.
6. I travel cot – guest to erect AND dismantle
7. I large cot – guest to erect AND dismantle
8. 2 highchairs
9. NO linen is supplied for cots
10. Stairgate in place at bottom of stairs
11. Protective corners on breakfast bar
12. Fire guard in drawing room
13. Any furniture that is moved – must be replaced.
14. Beds will be made up but MUST be stripped on morning of departure.
15. BBQ is available in the garden. Guests to bring own charcoal and to leave it clean after use.
16. Arrival time 4pm.    Departure 10am.  Key code if needed, but usually welcomed by owner.
17. Owner sometimes on site in adjacent accommodation with own friendly dog.
18. Plenty of car parking for up to 6/7 cars.  NO ELECTRIC Car charging via a cable into the house without prior permission and agreed payment.  (IN THE PROCESS OF CONSIDERING HAVING CHARGER PUT ON SITE.)
